Nikki Cooke is the Chief Executive of Lincolnshire-based emergency response charity LIVES. Originally from New Zealand, Nikki has a broad background in the private and VCSE sectors and has worked in the NHS.
She believes that there is a unique and valuable role for the third sector and volunteers to play in supporting communities to become more resilient and addressing the challenges of delivering quality health care in a rural environment.
